Refunds and cancellation
Cancel whenever you like, on your own. Fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason, in any country. The days already lived in the world are deducted pro rata.
What you are actually buying
The pass is a subscription to server access for a paid period. It is a digital service that starts immediately: the account is whitelisted within seconds of the payment clearing.
The merchant of record is Creem. We decide on refunds; Creem executes them, back to the method the payment came from.
How to cancel
The receipt email from Creem carries a link to the customer portal. The subscription is cancelled there, by yourself, in two clicks — no correspondence, no phone call, no reason given.
If the email is lost, write to us and name the username the pass is on. We will cancel it and confirm by email.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for: a paid month is never lost.
Fourteen days to withdraw
For 14 days from the payment you may withdraw from the pass without giving a reason. We give that right to every buyer, in every country.
Because access opens immediately, we deduct a proportionate amount for the days the account spent on the whitelist and return the rest. If you never joined the server at all, the whole amount comes back.
For consumers in the EU and EEA the right follows from Directive 2011/83/EU, in the United Kingdom from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in Ukraine from article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. For the rest of the world it is our voluntary guarantee on the same terms.
The period runs from each payment, not only from the first one.
How to ask for a refund
Write to our email, give your Minecraft username and roughly when you paid. One sentence is enough — no form, no explanation of why.
We answer within 5 working days. An approved refund is executed by Creem, usually within 5 to 10 working days; the exact timing depends on your bank, not on us.
Money goes back by the method it was paid with, in the same currency.
When we refund without being asked
You do not have to write in these cases: we find them ourselves in the payment logs.
- A double charge or a technical payment error
- The account did not reach the whitelist through our fault and we did not fix it within 48 hours
- The server is down for more than 72 consecutive hours — your choice of an extension for that time or a proportionate refund
- The server closes for good — we cancel every subscription and refund the unused part of the period
When we do not refund
The first line is not a formality but the point of the project. The mod forbids nothing, so being robbed is possible by design, and it is not a reason to give money back.
There is one exception and it always applies: where a mandatory rule of the law of your country requires a refund, we refund.
- Items, buildings or land lost to another player's actions — that is an event in the world, not a service failure
- A ruling of the world's court: a fine, a confiscation, or any other consequence under the rules of Polis
- Access ended for a serious breach of the community rules
- A change of mind after 14 days, within a period already paid for — the subscription simply will not renew
- Technical problems on your side: an incompatible launcher, a broken mod profile, your connection
About chargebacks
Disputing a charge through your bank freezes the account until it is resolved and costs both sides more than one email would.
Write to us first. We have never refused a reasonable request, and it is cheaper for everyone.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews itself for the same period until you cancel it. The period and the price are shown before you confirm the payment and repeated in a receipt you can keep.
Cancelling works the same way buying did — online, with no phone call and no retention conversation.
We announce a price change at least 30 days ahead. The new price applies from the next renewal.
For players in California: these terms are written to meet the California Automatic Renewal Law on express affirmative consent, a retainable acknowledgement, and online cancellation.
