Community rules
Inside the world you are judged by the world's court. These rules are about the rest: what is not part of the game — real harm to people, and attacks on the server.
The line between the world and the platform
Lying, theft, betrayal and war are the content of the game. The mod records them, the world's court weighs them, and we stay out of it. A complaint about being robbed goes to the court, not to us.
These rules begin where the fiction ends: when the harm lands on a person rather than a character, or when the ability to play at all is broken.
The difference is decided by intent, and by whether someone steps out of the role when asked to.
What we do not forgive
This is permanent removal on the first occurrence, without warning and without a refund. Child sexual exploitation material is additionally reported to law enforcement.
- Threats, bullying or stalking directed at a real person
- Hatred stirred up on grounds of nationality, race, religion, sex, orientation or disability
- Publishing somebody else's personal data
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Justifying or promoting the armed aggression against Ukraine
Fair play
Found a hole? Write to us in Discord or by email. We do not punish the finding; we punish the quiet use of it.
The mod records what happens in the world, so most arguments about whether something happened are settled by the registry rather than by word against word.
- Cheat clients, X-ray, automating play with bots or macros
- Using a bug or a duplication exploit instead of reporting it
- Attempts to bypass the whitelist, take someone else's access or escalate your own privileges
- Attacks on the server: flooding, lag machines, protocol exploits
Access and accounts
The whitelist is keyed by the account's UUID. Renaming affects neither access nor the records in the world.
- One pass — one account and one person
- Selling, renting or handing over access is not allowed
- Coming back on a new account after a ban is the same offence as the ban
- A disputed charge raised without writing to us first suspends access until it is resolved
Voice and chat
The same limits apply in voice chat and in game. Playing the villain in the world is fine; tormenting the person on the other side of the screen is not.
Discord is a separate venue: these rules apply there, and Discord's own rules apply on top of them.
We do not record voice chat, so a report about something said in voice is judged on witnesses. That does not make it hopeless, but it does make a Discord message the better evidence.
How we respond
The usual order: a warning, a suspension, permanent removal. For anything in the second section, permanent removal straight away.
The decision is made by the operator, not by the world's court: the court judges events in the game, not a person's conduct outside it.
What that means for money is in the refund policy: access ended for a serious breach does not return the unused period.
Appeals
Every decision can be appealed by email within 30 days. We explain the reason, weigh the argument and answer in writing.
We correct our mistakes: access is restored, and the lost time is made up by extending the subscription.
How to report a breach
Write in Discord or by email. Give the username, roughly when it happened and, if you have one, a screenshot or a recording.
A false report is a breach too, and it is judged by the same rules as the act it alleges.
