Community rules
Inside the world you are judged by the world's court. These rules are about the rest: what is not part of the game — real harm to people, and attacks on the server.
Gameplay and community conduct
In-game theft, betrayal and war are possible. Polis records supported events; the Council decides whether a violation happened, and the tariff sets the penalty. Take in-game disputes to the court. Harassment, cheats and attacks on the server fall under these community rules.
These rules apply whenever a player targets a real person or disrupts the service, including through game chat, voice chat or Discord.
Calling an action roleplay does not excuse threats, harassment or another breach of these rules.
Serious violations
This is permanent removal on the first occurrence, without warning and without a refund. Child sexual exploitation material is additionally reported to law enforcement.
- Threats, bullying or stalking directed at a real person
- Inciting hatred based on nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability
- Publishing somebody else's personal data
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Justifying or promoting the armed aggression against Ukraine
Fair play
Found a hole? Write to us in Discord or by email. We do not punish the finding; we punish the quiet use of it.
Recorded game events can help resolve a report. The records do not cover every action or every region; send any other evidence you have.
- Cheat clients, X-ray tools, and bots or macros that automate a player’s actions
- Using game errors to gain an advantage, including duplicating items, instead of reporting them
- Bypassing access checks, using another person’s access or obtaining permissions you are not entitled to
- Attacks that overload or disrupt the server, including deliberate lag machines and connection exploits
Access and accounts
The pass is linked to your Minecraft account. Changing its username does not remove access or game records.
- One pass — one account and one person
- Selling, renting or handing over access is not allowed
- Do not use another account to bypass a ban.
- Access is suspended while a disputed payment is reviewed.
Voice and chat
Community rules also apply to text and voice chat. A game conflict does not justify harassment of another player.
Discord is a separate venue: these rules apply there, and Discord's own rules apply on top of them.
We do not record voice chat. To report something said there, describe what happened and name any witnesses. You can also send evidence you already have.
How we respond
We may issue a warning, suspend access or block access permanently. Serious violations listed above can lead to an immediate permanent block.
The service operator enforces community rules, including violations committed through the game. Polis Court handles complaints under the game’s rules.
The refund policy explains payments after a block. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Appeals
To appeal an operator’s decision, email us within 30 days. Include your Minecraft username, the decision and why you disagree. We review the appeal and reply in writing.
We correct our mistakes: access is restored, and the lost time is made up by extending the subscription.
How to report a breach
Write in Discord or by email. Give the username, roughly when it happened and, if you have one, a screenshot or a recording.
Knowingly making a false report is prohibited. A report made in good faith is not a violation merely because there is not enough evidence to confirm it.
