Terms of use
The contract between you and Everdawn: what the pass actually sells, what the world deliberately does not do, and what happens when something goes wrong.
In short
- The pass buys entry only: one Minecraft account on the whitelist while the subscription runs. No items, currency or advantage for money.
- Creem takes the payment as the merchant of record. Access, its quality and its support are ours.
- The mod records; it does not prevent: you can walk straight through a border, and theft is counted, not stopped. Items lost to another player's actions are not grounds for a refund.
- Cancelling does not request deletion of game records. Retention, land taxes and possible beta resets still apply.
- Cancel any time. 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, less a proportionate part for the days already lived.
Who we are and what this document covers
Everdawn is a network of private Minecraft worlds using our own Polis mod. The operator identified below provides the site and access to the worlds.
These terms apply the moment you open the site or join the server. Buying a pass means you have read them and accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy a pass and do not join.
The privacy policy, the cookie policy, the refund policy and the community rules apply alongside this document. They are part of the same contract.
These documents exist in Ukrainian and English. Where the two differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
Payments through Creem
Creem is the seller named on your payment documents (merchant of record). At checkout, your purchase contract is with Creem. It calculates and pays the applicable taxes, issues your invoice and processes approved refunds.
The product itself — access, its quality and its support — is ours. Refund decisions are ours too; Creem carries them out.
Creem's Buyer Terms of Service, published on creem.io, govern the payment step. We never see your card number.
What the pass grants
The pass gives one Minecraft account access to the server for the paid subscription period.
The pass does not sell items, currency, commands, ranks or any advantage in play. Everyone who pays gets the same access to everything the world has.
The Minecraft Usage Guidelines require a server access charge to be the same for everyone and give everyone access to all enabled features. Our pass follows that rule.
- Access to the network's open worlds during the paid period

- A free one-chunk homestead on eligible land

Your Minecraft account, and who may buy
You need your own licensed Minecraft account: Java Edition, the version named on the world's page. Before payment we ask Mojang to confirm the account exists and to give us its UUID.
Access is tied to the account's UUID, so changing its username does not remove access. If you entered the wrong username, contact us before joining; do not pay again to correct it.
The minimum age is 13. If you are under 18, the pass is bought by a parent or guardian: they enter the contract and they pay. Where digital consent comes later than 13, the age set by local law applies.
One pass is for one account and one player. Do not share or resell access. A parent or guardian may buy a pass for their child under the age rules above.
Price, tax and renewal
The price is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Tax — VAT, sales tax, GST — is calculated by Creem for your country and shown before payment.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. The charge falls on the renewal date, to the same payment method.
We announce a price change at least 30 days ahead, in Discord and on the site. The new price applies from the next renewal; if it does not suit you, cancel before that date.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time through the link in the Creem receipt email or by writing to us. Access runs to the end of the period already paid for.
You can request a refund within 14 days of each payment. The refund policy explains any deduction for the elapsed access period and the full-refund exception if you have never joined.
Game records and gameplay risks
Polis records agreements and supported game events. It checks tracked contract terms and records outcomes. It does not prevent theft, combat or breach of an agreement.
Other players can steal, destroy buildings or attack your character. Polis does not prevent these actions. Gameplay losses do not create an additional refund entitlement; the refund policy and applicable consumer rights still apply.

- Players decide complaints; published game rules determine fines and other penalties
- The server applies the tariff's fine and timed outlaw status. The sentence is served in the world. Permanent in-game exile requires a separate server-wide vote. Community-rule violations are handled separately.
Game records and retention
Polis keeps contracts, signatures, court decisions and supported violations. Some records are public, while others have limited visibility. Retention depends on the record type; not every record is permanent.
Cancelling a pass does not request deletion of game records. Land taxes and record-expiry rules continue to apply. During beta, the world may also be recreated; resets are announced in the changelog.
Game records use Minecraft usernames and account identifiers (UUIDs). The privacy policy explains data requests and retention.
Conduct and ending access
Inside the world you are judged by the world's court. At the platform level the community rules apply — they cover what is not part of the game: real threats, bullying, publishing someone's personal data, cheat clients, exploits, attacks on the infrastructure, trading access.
For a breach of the community rules we may warn you, suspend access, or end it permanently. For a serious breach, permanently and straight away.
Where access ends for a serious breach, the unused period is not refunded, except where a mandatory rule of the law of your country requires it. Any decision can be appealed by email — we answer every one.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Updates, restarts and hosting failures can make the server temporarily unavailable.
Game mechanics and included mods may change. Important gameplay changes are announced in Discord.
If the server is down for more than 72 consecutive hours, or closes for good, the refund policy applies.
Rights in the content
The Polis mod, the site's code, its copy and its design belong to the operator. Minecraft, its code and its brand belong to Mojang Studios and Microsoft.
Everdawn is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

What you build and write in the world stays yours. By buying a pass you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to show it to other players in game, in the world's registry, and in material about the project — screenshots, videos, the Showcase page.
Liability
We provide access to an entertainment service as it is. We are not responsible for what other players do, or for lost progress, items or time.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in the 12 months before the event.
These limits do not reduce rights that the applicable law makes mandatory, including protections for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or harm to life or health.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days ahead in Discord and on the site.
If a change does not suit you, cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.

Law and disputes
The contract is governed by the law of Ukraine and disputes go to the courts of Ukraine — except where the law of the country you live in gives you, as a consumer, more protection. Then that law applies, and you may sue where you live.
